The Agave collection expands with new variations, all born from the same iconic leaf, inspired by the plant itself. Its slender profile and vertical tension are translated into an essential, sculptural gesture. The form rises in an ascending movement, with each element opening toward the light in balanced, continuous harmony. The craftsmanship celebrates Barovier&Toso’s technical heritage, seamlessly blending tradition and experimentation. The “rugiada” technique imparts a vibrant, three-dimensional texture to the glass, intensifying the interplay between matter and light. Light passes through the surface and diffuses with varying intensity, generating reflections and transparencies that evoke a naturally filtered luminosity. The material comes alive with perceptual shifts, creating a dynamic presence within the space. Agave maintains a precise formal coherence, transforming its natural inspiration into a measured, contemporary language capable of engaging in dialogue with architecture.

García Cumini
Cinzia Cumini and Vicente García Jiménez founded García Cumini in 2012 in Udine, giving rise to a design dialogue in which two cultures meet and influence one another. At the core of their work lies a constant observation of contemporary society’s behaviors, combined with a natural inclination toward aesthetic research. The result is a multidisciplinary approach, where product, space, and identity evolve through a coherent and deeply conscious vision.
Their method is grounded in the philosophy of Slow Design, understood as the time necessary to comprehend, filter, and give form to a project. Each creation emerges from a process of sedimentation, in which material, function, and meaning find a measured balance. Within this path, design moves away from immediacy to embrace a more reflective dimension, where every detail is the outcome of precise and intentional thinking.
