Podio unfolds as a family of vases in varying proportions, designed to generate sequences and relationships within space. Each element consists of a vase and a lid. The lid both guides the inclination of the flower and serves as a display plane, expanding the compositional possibilities. The modular system encourages aggregation and stacking, forming configurations that resemble small architectures. The vases are mouth-blown and crafted using the corteccia technique, the same employed in the lighting diffusers, which generates lenses and dynamic reflections. The surface comes alive with shifting plays of light that heighten its relationship with the surrounding space. Light diffuses through the material, imparting depth and movement. Each piece retains its own autonomy while finding completion in relation to the others. Podio maintains a measured balance between formal rigor and compositional freedom, allowing the flower to remain the true protagonist.

Claesson Koivisto Rune
Claesson Koivisto Rune is a Swedish architecture and design studio founded in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto, and Ola Rune. Based in Stockholm, the studio has gained wide international recognition thanks to a multidisciplinary approach that integrates architecture, interior design, and product design. Over the years, it has collaborated with major cultural institutions, hospitality brands, and design companies, working across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Their work is characterized by a refined Scandinavian sensibility, where formal clarity, spatial balance, and a meticulous attention to proportion converge into a coherent design language. Rather than pursuing expressive gestures, the studio approaches design as a process of reduction: removing the superfluous to reveal the essential. The studio has also received numerous international awards, including several Red Dot Design Awards and the prestigious Prince Eugen Medal, awarded by the King of Sweden for outstanding artistic achievements in the field of architecture. At every scale—from buildings to furniture and lighting—the studio pursues a consistent philosophy: improving everyday life through simplicity, material sensitivity, and attention to context. With this approach, Claesson Koivisto Rune expresses a rigorous, measured, and distinctly Nordic language.
